  • No. We are an independent consultancy. We work with multiple POS solutions and payment processors. We are not tied to a single provider.

  • No. The reason we work with a variety of different solutions is because we believe versatility is key. We personally do not require any contracts, and we help businesses understand any agreement for any provider before committing. We have providers that require month-to-month contracts, while others provide yearly contracts. We make sure that expectations are set before signing anything to protect the merchants from being locked into a software or processing agreement that they do not want to use.

PROCESS/EXPECTATIONS

  • You send us the latest monthly statement your processing and POS company gave you, we review your current setup (in-person or on the phone), explain your fees clearly, and walk through your options so you can make an informed decision.

  • No. The goal is clarity, not pressure.

  • Most statements show totals, but they don’t clearly explain why you’re being charged what you’re being charged.

We look deeper at how transactions are categorized, how pricing is structured, which fees are avoidable, and where markups or inefficiencies may be hiding. We also evaluate how your POS setup and payment flow impact your effective rate, something statements rarely make obvious. This often starts with understanding how your processing is set up.

The goal isn’t to replace what you see, but to translate it and identify opportunities you may not know to look for.
