This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use our merchant services, website, and related payment processing solutions.
We comply with applicable Texas law, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), and other U.S. federal financial privacy requirements.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Personal Identifiers: Name, email, phone number, government-issued identification, Social Security Number (when required for verification).
Business Information: Legal entity name, DBA, EIN, Texas Secretary of State filings, address, bank account details.
Transaction Data: Payment card numbers (tokenized or encrypted only), merchant IDs, processing history, chargeback records, settlement details.
Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, and log files.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
We use information only for lawful business and regulatory purposes, including:
Processing payments and settlements.
Verifying identity and preventing fraud (Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering compliance).
Maintaining PCI DSS compliance for secure payment card handling.
Complying with state and federal financial laws, including Texas Finance Code requirements.
Providing customer support and account management.
Communicating legally required notices and account information.
3. Sharing of Information

Payment Networks & Processors: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and acquiring banks.
Regulatory and Legal Authorities: Texas Department of Banking, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and other federal/state agencies.
Service Providers: Fraud monitoring, KYC/AML vendors, cloud infrastructure providers.
As Required by Law: In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Industry Compliance & Security
We follow PCI DSS Level 1 standards for handling cardholder data.
We implement encryption, firewalls, and access controls to safeguard information.
We comply with GLBA Safeguards Rule and Texas data protection laws.
We monitor systems for unauthorized activity and report breaches in accordance with Texas Data Breach Notification Law (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code §521.053).
5. Data Retention
We retain records for the period required by law and card network rules, generally at least 5 years after account closure, unless longer retention is required by Texas or federal law.

Request corrections or deletions, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
